Event Timeline

Step 1
Registration and Submission

Registration and Submission

22 August 2025 - 10 September 2025

In this phase, teams will register and submit their project proposals any time before the deadline of 10th September 2025. Proposals should outline the team's idea, highlight the problem they aim to solve, and detail the technologies they plan to use. For Round 1, teams are required to present their ideas through a proposal and presentation format only — no coding or implementation is expected at this stage. Multiple domains are being offered this year, and each team must select one domain during registration. The final problem statements, aligned with these chosen domains, will be released for Round 2. This round sets the stage for the competition, offering a first look at the innovative solutions teams are set to develop.

Step 2
Round 1 Evaluation

Round 1 Evaluation

10 September 2025 - 18 September 2025

This stage involves a thorough assessment of the ideas by a jury of experts based on their innovation, feasibility, and potential impact. The jury will shortlist a select number of submissions that demonstrate exceptional promise and align with the competition's goals. This stage is critical as it narrows down the pool of participants to those who will proceed to the more intensive phases of the hackathon, showcasing their innovative solutions to a broader audience and working towards final implementation.

Step 3
Results for Round 1 and Rule Book release for Round 2

Results for Round 1 and Rule Book release for Round 2

18 September 2025 - 25 September 2025

After the evaluation of all project proposals, the top 30 teams will be announced, qualifying for the offline round of the hackathon. Along with this announcement, the rulebook for the second round and key guidelines will be shared, outlining the structure and expectations for the next stage of the competition. Teams will be required to RSVP by 25th September 2025 to confirm their participation.

Step 4
Release of Problem Statements for Round 2

Release of Problem Statements for Round 2

1 October 2025

The problem statements for Round 2 will be released, provided only to the shortlisted and confirmed teams that have submitted their RSVP. Each team will receive a challenge from the same domain they had selected during Round 1, ensuring consistency with their chosen area of focus. These problem statements set the foundation for the offline round, where participants will be expected to deliver innovative and practical solutions through hands-on execution.

Step 5
Round 2 Finals

Round 2 Finals

8 October 2025 - 10 October 2025

The second round will be the offline execution phase at MIT, Manipal. It will be a 36-hour coding challenge where teams will code, implement, and present their solutions. Participants are required to stay on the premises for the entire duration of the round. The outcome of the challenge must be a functional working prototype.
